How Enterprise is billed

You pay once per participant who registers. Inviting people is free.
Participants are invoiced monthly in arrears, for the new registrations of that month.
The platform fee is invoiced per year, in advance.
Payment term: 30 days. Prices exclude 21% VAT.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a participant?

Someone who creates an account in your environment. You pay once per participant, regardless of how many modules they complete. Invitations that are not accepted cost nothing.

How long do I have access as an individual?

Until 12 months after you finish the training. You have at most 24 months after purchase to finish. After that you can still download your certificate and report.

What happens if I pause?

Your account stays as long as your access runs. Your progress and work dossier are kept.

What is the payment term?

30 days after the invoice date, by bank transfer.

How do I cancel Enterprise?

The agreement renews automatically for the same period, at most 12 months. You can cancel with one month's notice. See the general terms.

Do I have a right of withdrawal as an individual?

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you ask to start the paid training immediately, you lose that right once access begins. We ask for your explicit consent first.

What happens to our data when we stop?

You can request an export within 30 days after the end. After that we delete your environment, including the database, in line with the data processing agreement.

How does this help with the EU AI Act?

Article 4 requires organisations to ensure sufficient AI literacy among staff. The AI-literacy report shows participation, knowledge-check results and the learning goals covered. It supports your evidence; it is not a legal opinion.

Can I get an invoice in my company name as a freelancer?

Yes. Enter your company details and Dutch VAT number at purchase; the price is the same.
